Winter soup




A soup most delicious and filling



Ingredients


   1 vegetable cube
   3 small potatoes 
   2 onions
   2 carrots
   2 branches of celeri
   1 swede
   a few okras
   3 handful of lentils
   salt
   pepper
    some fresh ginger
   1 garlic glove
   1/4  of a thai chilli
   A few mushrooms
   Fresh coriander


Put the peeled potatoes and the lentils to cook in water with the  vegetable cube  for 15 min


Dice the all the vegetable  and cut the ginger ,garlic and chilli thinly 

In a frying pan , put some olive oil and fry first the ginger , garlic and chilli for a minute or so and add all the vegetables , cook for 5 minutes , stirring
In the frying pan, fry the diced mushroms  in a bit of olive oil , and when they  change colour , add a bit of soya sauce , continue frying for a couple of minutes and then add to the soup


Then add all the the vegetables to the soup, and cook on a low fire for another 15 min

When all cooked , liquidize only about half of the soup so that we can find bits ...

Sirve with fresh coriander leaves
